Venue & Details

The Ceremony & Schedule

Lots on here, what is a commitment ceremony? guest list, seating plan, order of service, schedule, links to elements of our service and much more.

Please arrive by 12.30pm; a playlist will be played while you wait.

Menu & Meal

Lock in your menu choices promptly.

Choose from 2 starters, 3 mains, plus kids options.

For those unable to access the website, we ask a family member helps and submits a separate form the same for kids, please send your choices and theirs separate. 

Please submit your selections within ONE WEEK of receiving your invite and accessing website; or sooner if possible.

The seating plan features a long table for dining, with a convenient long unit right behind us for cake, gifts, decor and guest cards, with the West Wing available for post-meal relaxation (a curtain will be pulled over to separate our party from the main restaurant).

Psst.... Pauline will know if you don't log onto the website and at least fill in basics so she will hunt you down...

Bar & Drinks

When you get there, each guest will get two tokens to swap at the bar for a free drink. Just a heads up, there are a couple of restrictions - no ordering a bottle of the most expensive champagne per token!

There’s free tea and coffee available in the lounge too.

Photos & Videos

Just what you've always dreamed of—an exclusive collection of pictures and videos showcasing our memories, sprinkled with the funniest shots we could find.

Plus, a handful of random videos just because... Pauline will update with funny ones and we think a photo guest list would be nice.......

Gifts & Registry

Please, do feel free to ignore our subtle hints and just wing it entirely.

But, just in case, if you’re feeling particularly adventurous with your spending, our ever-so-urgent Amazon registry has some ideas - no matter your budget. There is also a link to buy an etsy gift card to allow us to design something personal.

You can even buy something and it will send straight to us so no carrying anything on the day - win - win!

Because we just can’t leave you to buy stuff we really don’t want or need, haha.

Alternatively club together and send us to our peaceful cabin in the forest again for a night or two and mainly peace from the dog!
